With Plaquemines Parish and the state lifting the COVID-19 mask mandate in 2021 and despite of a federal measure ending the public health emergency declaration for COVID-19 nationwide, the CDC will no longer be updating data for COVID's Community Level Map. Please be cautious as COVID appears to still be going around. Here is the CDC COVID isolation guidance link:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html?s_cid=11759:cdc%20covid%20guidelines:sem.ga:p:RG:GM:gen:PTN:FY22

Please be courteous of others around you and follow the guidelines if you have COVID as well as any bacterial or viral infections. Check with our Health Department to see if they still have COVID test kits on hand. You can also request them through USPS https://special.usps.com/testkits to be delivered to your home.
