The Mission of the PROWM Division is to strive for the continual improvement of our neighborhoods in order to provide a safe and livable environment for our residents. PROWM is also responsible for beautifying parish-owned landscapes and oversight of grass maintenance functions involving litter crew pick-up, weed-eating, and spraying crews combining efforts to give right-of-ways a manicured appearance.
