Purpose

The Finance Department oversees the financial reporting and accounting operations for the parish.

The Department’s primary responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining effective controls over financial activities and preparing the annual financial statements.
• Maintaining a system for recording financial transactions
• Preparing and monitoring expenditure and revenue budgets

The Finance Department is dedicated to maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
